Carmen Bostic St. Clair

Carmen Bostic St. Clair will be presenting at the NLP Trainers training certification in 2004

Carmen Bostic St. Clair is founder and CEO of Quantum Leap, an international organisation dealing with the design and implementation of cross cultural communication systems. Prior to the work in which she and her partner, John Grinder, are now involved, Carmen has held senior political research posts in government (The White House Committee of the Development of Small Business and later she was the Business Advisory Council representative from California).

Through her company, Quantum Leap, she is the preferred advisor to many businesses in mergers and acquisitions and her hands-on leadership has placed Carmen in a unique position to discover the underlying structures that exist within organisations. Carmen has written numerous articles and texts in the field of business education and now spends her time developing learning cultures in organisations around the world. Though coming lately to NLP, she has had the unique opportunity of working with and modelling John Grinder, and has co-authored with him Whispering In the Wind in which Bostic St. Clair and John Grinder spell out the new code of nlp.
