Michael has over 8 years of commercial experience. He has worked in a wide range of business clients, from start-ups to multi-national companies. For the past two years he is involved in managing the integration of employees, procedures and systems as part of an outsourcing environment. He has a gift for making the complex profoundly simple and enabling others to enjoy change.
He has over 500 hours of NLP and hypnosis training and extensive business and consulting experience.
