Clive is a highly experienced international management consultant and trainer, specialising in applications of NLP that significantly improve human and business performance.

Clive’s background includes extensive training with Dr. John Grinder, the co-developer of NLP, where he completed his Practitioner and Master Practitioner certification and then with Dr. Stephen Gilligan, where he completed training in Ericksonian Hypnosis. He currently holds a Graduate Certificate of NLP and is a fully accredited NLP Trainer recognised by the NLP Trainers Registration Body. Clive’s impressive list of academic qualifications also includes the Associate Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) and the Change Management Qualification.

With over twenty five years experience in business, Clive has held a variety of positions ranging from Training Consultant through to Employee Development Manager and Senior Manager in Change Leadership. He has worked with many of Australia’s leading organisations to deliver a range of learning, development and change related initiatives. He has presented corporate training throughout Australia/NZ, Asia/Pacific and Europe and currently assists Inspiritive in public trainings of the Graduate Certificate in NLP.

As the Director of NLP Corporate, Clive also provides a range of NLP related services to corporate clients specifically in areas of change management, learning and development, individual coaching and process consultation. His is passionate about working with people and organisations to apply high quality applications of NLP that deliver lasting change and results.
