1. What's the difference between a NLP trainer and a trainer using NLP techniques?

NLP trainers know the difference between NLP and its applications and make that distinction in their training. Many trainers are able to use or teach an NLP technique however an NLP trainer is able to work with the patterning of NLP and demonstrate it to the students unconscious mind. There is a difference between teaching NLP techniques and teaching students to model. A Skilled NLP trainer is highly refined in modelling the patterning of NLP from the front of the room.

2. What makes an NLP TRB Trainers Training different from other trainers training?

a). An eclectic blend of classic and new code NLP patterns taught within a new code framework.
b). It is a step in a longer process of guided experience in becoming an NLP trainer. We want the public to have confidence in the professional standards of NLP TRB certified trainers.

3. What are the advantages of doing NLP Trainers training when held in Australia?

The place of training is irrelevant what is important is the quality and standard of training.

4. What is the prerequisite to attending NLP Trainers Certification training?

Applicants need to have Master Practitioner of NLP Certification.

5. What is the function of the preliminary questionnaire?

As the NLP Trainers training certification is an advanced NLP training we have a responsibility to make sure that all applicants for the training are adequately prepared for this course. NLP is a new field and subsequently there is much variation in standards, curriculum and quality of training throughout the NLP community both within individual nations and internationally. One of the outcomes of the NLP TRB is to lift the standard of NLP training worldwide.

The pre training questionnaire assists us in assessing the quality of skill of applicants, the extent of NLP patterns covered in their previous NLP education (and possible gaps). If there are only a few gaps in training, participants (trainer candidates) will be able to attend special evening catch-up sessions conducted by apprentice trainers. If we determine that an applicant is seriously deficient in their NLP education they will be advised on what they need to learn before reapplying for a future trainers certification training.

6. Given that other NLP Trainer training's certify at the end of the program, what is the benefit of an extended approach?

All professions demand rigorous training and apprenticeship. NLP has past through its adolescence and is in the process of becoming an established field.

7. Is there an advantage in aligning with the NLP TRB rather than with any other certifying organisation?

The NLP TRB is endorsed by Dr. John Grinder, who is its patron. It is working to develop appropriate quality standards for NLP training.
